Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an urgent same-day print job we needed ready for an event we have this evening, so after a google I came across Junction Print who said they could do quick same-day printing. I phoned them to enquire as soon as they opened and they said they were happy to help and to send over all of the information in an email so they could provide us a quote. The quote came quickly and they even arranged a courier to deliver it to the venue and provided us with a tracking link. We needed the items by 4pm and they were able to get them to us by 12pm, so with only a 3 hour turn around we couldn't have asked for a better emergency print service! Thanks very much Junction Print.

Frequently Asked Questions

Artwork Guidelines (How to save your file)

To get sharp, vibrant posters, submit your artwork in high-resolution (300 dpi or higher). Preferred file formats are PDF, AI, or EPS. Make sure all fonts are outlined, images are embedded, and you include a 3mm bleed around the edges to avoid white borders after trimming. For large posters (A1/A0), vector files are best to maintain crisp text and graphics.

Poster Sizes Explained (Which one to pick?)

We offer a range of standard sizes to suit every purpose:

A3 (297 × 420 mm) – Ideal for shop windows, notice boards, and indoor displays.
A2 (420 × 594 mm) – Great for events, promotions, and retail advertising.
A1 (594 × 841 mm) – Large format for high-traffic areas to grab attention.
A0 (841 × 1189 mm) – Our biggest standard size, perfect for exhibitions and events.
Custom Sizes – Need something unique? We can print any size up to 1.5m wide.

Choose based on visibility, space, and impact.

Turnaround & Delivery (When will I get it?)

Most posters are printed and ready within 3–5 business days, depending on size and quantity. For urgent orders, express printing is available. Once shipped, we provide tracking details so you know exactly when your posters will arrive.

Vector vs. Raster Files For Sharp Posters?

Large posters require vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) whenever possible. Vectors scale to any size without losing quality, ensuring crisp lines and text. Raster files (JPEG, PNG) are fine for photos but may pixelate if enlarged. Always check resolution: minimum 300 dpi for raster images.

Understanding GSM & Paper Thickness

Poster paper weight affects durability and feel:

Standard indoor posters: 150–200 gsm
Premium indoor posters: 200–250 gsm
Outdoor posters: 180–250 gsm, waterproof & UV-resistant

Thicker paper feels more professional and is more durable, especially for frequent handling or outdoor use.

The Secret To Printing Deep Rich Black

For bold, vibrant blacks on posters, use rich black (100% K + 60% C, 40% M, 40% Y). This gives a deeper, more intense black than using only 100% K. Always design in CMYK mode, not RGB, for accurate print colors.
